install opencv on android

step 1 : download opencv for android  OpenCV

step 2 :  install opencv apk into android..   in apk folder

             $adb install  OpenCV_3.1.0_Manager_3.10_armeabi.apk

             you must download adt-bundle-windows and add

              adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20130522\sdk\ platform-tools

          into 系統變數 Path

step 3:  copy sample apk into android...  for example

            sample/example-15-puzzle.apk

step 4 :   double click the app in your phone
